Zinfandel Estate

Situated in the heart of wine country, the Corkwood home was designed for indoor/outdoor entertaining. All rooms are oriented to the courtyard and its magnificent cork tree for which the property was named. A pool, hot tub and bocce court set the tone for relaxed outdoor living.

West County Farmhouse

This is an expansive farm-style residence spanning three living quarters which includes the main house of four bedrooms, a separate one-bedroom guesthouse, and a separate two bedroom, two-bath mother-in-law unit. The hospitality feature of the main house is the open kitchen and family room opening up to outdoor dining on the patio, overlooking the swimming pool. As you step out of the south doors there is a radiant heated veranda with the garage on one side and a bocce ball court on the other. The main floor also includes a media room and an office. At the main entrance one finds a beautiful quarter round sweeping staircase up to two bedrooms, a hobby room, and the master suite which has the most amazing veranda overlooking the pool area and vineyards off in the distance. The master bathroom has heated floors and dual shower heads.

Contemporary Oceanfront Home

One main feature of this project is the radius front elevation for maximum views of the ocean. Matching this same radius in the great room is the kitchen island and overhead light fixture. Connecting the two stories is an amazing hanging staircase decorated with a modular wall art system.

Bodega Bluff

This two-story residence was built with clean contemporary exterior and interior accents complimented with elements of comfort. Open rooms and large picture windows allow for ample natural light and amazing views of the ocean. To name just a few interior features, the design includes an impressive staircase of hickory flooring with stainless steel and cherry handrails, a panelized cherry ceiling in the living room with recessed lighting, and a large mitered granite fireplace.

Gualala Riverside Home

One of the main features of this house is the open Great Room which encompasses the Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room. The interior color scheme selected by Steve Carreiro gives an airy, yet warm feeling for the residents and their guests. Other highlights include a garden entry courtyard, slate floors, granite countertops, Venetian plastered walls, generous windows, a snail shower, and beautiful Douglas fir ceilings.

Occidental Retreat

This two-story “cabin” set in the redwoods of West County boasts 18-foot vaulted cedar ceilings and Blomberg windows for expansive views. Balconies extend the living space off each room for the outdoor experience. Interior window openings with barn-like shutters add to the open feeling of the main living areas.

West County Estate

Redwoods and vineyards decorate this Victorian craftsman-style home with detached garage and a guesthouse. Ceilings are old growth vertical grain Douglas fir. Extensive use of glass and dormer windows bring in the natural light and provide dramatic views from every room.

Mediterranean Style Estate

Situated above the fog line, this stately home is reminiscent of the architectural traditions of the Mediterranean with its stucco walls and arches. With the dramatic height and angle of the solarium roof, the owners never stop admiring their view.

Marin County Beach Residence

Appropriate and perfect is the lighthouse feature of this house in its coastal setting; providing panoramic views of the mouth of Tamales Bay. Exterior siding is resawn cedar board and batt for a rustic but finished look. Interior accents mirror the arched windows and natural slate flooring was installed. One of the highlights is the tile-curved snail shower in the master bathroom.

Sea Ranch Meadows

This waterfront weekend getaway was designed for beauty and ease of use. Hidden motorized shades cover the wall of west facing windows so that they can be raised to display the expansive ocean view at the push of a button. The wind-blocking interior courtyard was crafted for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Sustainable copper accents and bat-and-board siding add a stylish flair and will withstand harsh seaside elements for years to come.

Modern Sonoma Home

The modern architecture of this house blends well into the Sonoma County landscape. Large clearstory Andersen-Eagle windows throughout the house provide garden views for a feeling of outdoor living. The courtyard living wall allows for a view and provides plant protection from the wildlife.

Modern Wine Country

There is no shortage of space in this expansive kitchen for cooking gourmet meals for family and friends. Fitted with high end appliances and positioned for views of the backyard pool, this home was built for entertaining. Outside, a cozy fireplace makes for an inviting patio space and the adjacent putting green adds a unique personalized touch.
