Project Story

This is an expansive farm-style residence spanning three living quarters which includes the main house of four bedrooms, a separate one-bedroom guesthouse, and a separate two-bedroom, two-bath mother-in-law unit. The hospitality feature of the main house is the open kitchen and family room opening up to outdoor dining on the patio, overlooking the swimming pool. As you step out of the south doors there is a radiant heated veranda with the garage on one side and a bocce ball court on the other. The main floor also includes a media room and an office. At the main entrance one finds a beautiful quarter round sweeping staircase up to two bedrooms, a hobby room, and the master suite which has the most amazing veranda overlooking the pool area and vineyards off in the distance. The master bathroom has heated floors and dual shower heads.
